Astavakrasana into eka pada koundinyasana transition


I have been trying to transition from eight angles pose into one legged koundinyasana smoothly since last November and today I have, on both sides! It was so fun. And I decided to blog about it because I have never kept track of how I progress in my practice but I think it might actually be a helpful habit. I don't think I will do it for everything but maybe just a few poses.
